Mr. Sanjay Viswanathan(CEO,President & MD)

Mr. Sanjay Viswanathan is the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Member of the Board of Sonata Software. Sanjay's core expertise is to create enduring value in Tech and Outsourcing across IT / BPO. He brings deep insight in IT / BPO sector on a platform of global operations and sales. He has built and led world‐class leadership teams and added several billion dollars of tangible enterprise value. 

In his earlier roles, he has created impact as officer and group executive both clientside and service provider-side that includes Reed Elsevier Plc (Chief Outsourcing and Offshoring Officer), GE (Vice President-Genpact), Infosys (Head-Global Strategic Relationships and Public Sector), and 3M (Brand Manager,S & M Manager).

More recently, he has advised FTSE 100, Fortune 500, blue‐chip consulting firms, PE firms, and privately held companies on driving operations excellence and value creation through Tech and Outsourcing.

Sanjay is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and Strathclyde University. An avid reader, he is also passionate about fitness and loves both watching and playing cricket.

P Srikar Reddy (Deputy MD & COO)

An Engineering graduate of REC Trichy and a Post Graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Srikar is Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, and a Member of the Board of Directors of Sonata Software Limited, Sonata Information Technology Limited and Managing Director of TUI InfoTec Limited. As COO of Sonata, Srikar is responsible for all of the company’s business operations across the markets of America, Europe, Japan and India.

Srikar joined Sonata in 1986, and has been pivotal in building Sonata’s credibility as a trusted and reliable IT services partner. Srikar’s philosophy of driving business transformation through a single minded focus on customer service has enabled Sonata to grow to 12 locations, 4 Global Development Centres and 2200+ people. Today Sonata is the Outsourcing Partner of Choice for many Global companies.

Prior to joining Sonata, Srikar has held technology management roles in companies such as Pythagoras Communications Systems and L&T, delivering products and solutions and servicing customers globally.

Srikar is passionate about cricket and spends his spare time reading, meeting people and spending time with his family.

Sujit Mohanty

Mr.Sujit Mohanty, Assistant Vice President, has a total work experience of 18 years, of which over 16 years have been at Sonata. He is currently heading Product Marketing and Business Solutions Group. Prior to the current responsiblity in Sonata-Bangalore, he was heading product sales activities in Delhi and Kolkata. He was working with ACE(Hyderabad) before joining Sonata in 1991.
